The Truffle Shop at Goosefayre
Goosefayre is a farm business in Lyne, Surrey. We raise free-range geese and ducks, produce seasonal eggs, and cultivate hazelnuts and black summer truffles with a strong focus on quality and animal welfare.
Our birds range freely across 26 acres, with apple and cherry orchards and a hazelnut plantation across the farm. The plantation includes around one thousand trees inoculated with truffle spores and yields approximately 600kg of hazelnuts each year.
Free-range geese are available for the Christmas table. Orders open from 1st October by phone or email. Prepared geese are usually between 4 and 6kg, with giblets packed separately and a recipe leaflet included.
Collection is arranged for 22nd, 23rd, or 24th December.
Our black summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) are cleaned, packed, and dispatched quickly, usually within 24 hours of harvesting, so they reach you in excellent condition.
