Oven ready goose

At Goosefayre we breed and raise our geese to the highest welfare standards.  During the day they graze in our 26 acre fields, apple and cherry orchards and at night the are protected in large, airy barns.

The health of our birds is reflected in the tender, succulent meat.  A real Christmas treat for all the family!

We take orders for goose for the Christmas table from first October. 

Ready prepared birds weigh between 4kg to 6kg (The jiblets are packed separately). You can order your goose from first  October. It will be ready for collection from our farm on 22nd , 23rd or 24th as you wish.
